These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of BornAgain Hub’s platform and services, located at bornagainhub.com.

By accessing this website and utilizing our infrastructure, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use BornAgain Hub if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to BornAgain Hub. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Service Description & Intermediary Disclosure

BornAgain Hub operates as a multi-service developer utility, system integrator, and technical platform. We provide unified API and graphical access to the following premium digital solutions:

Virtual phone numbers for inbound SMS reception and automated verification flows.
One-time non-reloadable Visa Debit Cards for payment verification and secure online transactions.
High-performance Mobile Proxies for secure network connectivity and system integration.
AI Video Generation infrastructure.

Crucial Intermediary Notice: None of these underlying utility services are provided directly by BornAgain Hub. BornAgain Hub acts strictly as a technical intermediary and platform aggregator. Services are fulfilled via specialized third-party providers: Virtual SMS reception is powered by virtualsms.de, AI Video Generation features utilize HeyGen, Mobile Proxies are routed via nSocks, and Non-Reloadable Virtual Cards are issued through Reloadly. Service availability, features, networks, and transactional delivery boundaries remain entirely subject to the operational uptime and updates of these third-party suppliers.

Account and API Keys

By creating an account with BornAgain Hub, you agree to:

Provide accurate, valid, and authentic account registration information.
Keep your system API keys, passwords, and authentication credentials confidential and completely secure.
Be fully responsible for any and all activity occurring under your account or API keys.
Not share, distribute, or transfer your unique API keys to third parties.

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, terminate, or revoke API access and developer credentials at any time without prior notice if we detect suspicious automated spikes, account sharing, or policy violations.

Acceptable Use & Fraud Zero-Tolerance Policy

You may use our services exclusively for:

Software development, environment testing, and operational staging.
Legitimate internal enterprise business workflows and software integrations.
Authorized network routing and ethical data operations.
Legitimate service account verification flows.

Prohibited and Illegal Activities: You must NOT misuse our platform. BornAgain Hub maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against malicious behaviors. Account termination will occur immediately for users deploying services for: fraud, financial scams, credit card laundering, illegal activities, spam, phishing, smishing, bulk fake account creation on third-party platforms, bypassing established system security layers, unauthorized scraping patterns, harassment, or distribution of harmful/explicit content. Any activity violating regional or international regulations will be blocked instantly.

Payments, Non-Reloadable Cards, and Refunds

All native prices across the web console and API endpoints are displayed in USD.
Payments processed via cryptocurrency gateways are completely final, immutable, and non-refundable.
One-time Visa Debit Cards provided through our integration with Reloadly are strictly non-reloadable and meant for immediate transaction allocation.
Balance credits inside the account dashboard may be adjusted or reviewed strictly at our sole discretion.
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes through traditional payment corridors will result in immediate and permanent account exclusion.
Any remaining balance or pending platform credit will be permanently forfeited if your account is terminated for policy or fraud violations.

Service Availability & Disclaimers

Because our system acts as an integration gateway to downstream suppliers (virtualsms.de, HeyGen, nSocks, Reloadly), we do not guarantee:

Continuous, uninterrupted, or perfectly error-free system availability.
Successful delivery metrics on every SMS message or card authentication process.
Continuous availability of explicit country regions, proxy IPs, or phone prefixes.
Fixed pricing structures (as endpoint rates shift dynamically with underlying supplier baseline costs).

The entire integrated solution architecture is provided to you “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BornAgain Hub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, system data, business opportunities, or downstream verification disruptions.

Our aggregate corporate liability shall in no event exceed the total amount you paid to us within the 30 days preceding the distinct event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the absolute right to modify, amend, or adjust these terms at any time. Changes become active immediately upon being posted to the live page URL. Your continuous utilization of BornAgain Hub following changes serves as an authoritative acceptance of the revised conditions.
